    Hello I know a lot of people have made threads about cranks recently,
    but heres mine anyway. I am wanting to increase the speed on my Sun 28"
    and I am using the standard cranks it comes with 150mm i think.. But I
    was just wondering would it make that much of a difference if I put on
    140's or would I have to go lower to see a good result..? All help is
    welcomed

    You'll notice a difference, but I'd recommend going to 125mm cranks.

    Thanks gilby i did put on like 12cm cranks.. so i guess i just had a bad
    measurer and it 125 mm, i go so ungodly fast.. it rocks but now it takes
    me like 50 feet to come completely to a stop.... thanks again
