Thanks for asking---yes, Im on 2000 mg of C, the CQ-10 and a calcium/mag
combo. I saw the Great Gum Doc who pretty much thinks it's too late for
the top back teeth but the lowers can probably be saved permantently
with some gum surgery, eventually. meantime, I'll keep doing the
vitamins, using the water-pic and so on....maybe these will turn the
situation around, maybe not....but it would be great to maybe not need
the 'eventual" surgery.
Losing the four remaining top molars isnt such a tragedy--I mean, good
grief, Im down to just four remaining, anyway, so I'll have to have the
upper partial plate
regardless.
This whole "getting old" thing....isnt as much fun as they said it would
be....!
Again, thanks--

Hey! I missed this tidbit, and sorry I did...
Has anyone suggested a teatree oil based toothpaste and mouthwash? The
Australian army had their men keep it in their kits in WW2, and it kept
their feet from jungle rot. It also cured a plantar wort I had about 15
years ago, and (nasty as it tastes and smells) when I had a tooth chip half
way out in the back, before I could get to a dentist, I was able to control
the pain by dabbing (ghah!!!) teatree oil on a cotton swab on that
tooth...but toothpaste and mouthwash is kinder and MUCH tastier 🙂
