Good reply. BTW, most of the time, my posted ride reports, pictures,
etc., are for my local riding friends and my own memories, so what

After watching your video from Joes Ridge, I can tell you're flying at
stage's, but it's not easy to pick up from the video.

I wanted to try and fit the camera to my forks, low down by the hub to
increase the relative feel for speed, but I guess the vibrations from
the trail would render the video useless.

Blurring definitely does occur with the
camera, more so for objects that are closer
to the lens, like vegetation on the trail
margins.

There is blurring in video footage.

Despite that, you can still pick out
peripheral detail when you review the footage
since your focus when riding is typically
directly ahead of you. So when you review the
footage you see detail that you missed in
person (that pointy rock just downslope, that
Y-shaped tree at the forest fringe, etc.).

LOL. It was actually a performance. Dive bar in Athens, Ohio. The
place was usually packed. Capacity about 150. We played for beer and
and half the whopping cover charge of $1 a head at that show.

It only takes but a second to mute the video.
Amazing what technology can do if one chooses to use it.
