  1. Has anybody come in last place in the TdF more than once?

  2. Believe so. But this year promises a great race. Anyone can win. It's
easy to quit the day early for extra beers. Who among us hasn't? But
to doggedly hang on, accumulating overtime, AND with no union
representation! That's true commitment. Almost as true as a spouse
who doggedly clings to the union, waiting for the life insurance
payout! Those are heroes. The only thing that makes us greater is
they need not listen to Karsten!

wearing the black jersy - don't remember if it was i TDF or the Giro.

    I. Flores was DFL in 2002. Look who holds the Lanterne Rouge today.
