USADA (US anti-doping) will convene a tribunal to look at the evidence
against him.

USAC will sanction based on USADA reccomendation.

Landis has the right to appeal any decision.

Expect all of this to drag on into next year....

Has Landis gone in for hip surgery yet?

If so, how did it go?

Scheduled for Monday Aug 21. But then his father in law blew off his
own head off on Thursday, Aug 17th or so. Haven't heard much since
then.

duped (but not on the run)

I guess the years of Def Leppard in the headset have done their damage.

There's a LOT of people in Orange County who take very little
waving of American flags to contribute mucho money to causes
they favor.

?

I presume this means there are some well healed folks in the area that can
provide Landis with the funding he requires for his case as well as his
surgery.

Presumably that means they're not dependent on public health.

It's happening now.

They got lab packs August 31, and appear to have so much ammunition
they are asking USADA to dismiss before hearing. Formal response to
be filed Monday,
answer from USADA in a week or so.

On 8-Sep-2006, smacked up and reeling, "dbrower" <[email protected]>
blindly formulated
the following incoherence:
