looking for info re: armstrong as a swimmer - most i can
find is a 4th place ranking in the 1500m in Texas. any
other offers?

at that before picking the more lucrative single sport
in cycling.I wonder if he'd ever take a shot at ironman now. Steve
Larsen is not a great swimmer or runner but he gains so much
on the bike that he can win at least some of the time.--
