  1. Perusing the signature dishes, I happened upon one of my favorites,
    Pavlova. I have made individual small Pavlovas before, but your recipe
    describes one large cake. How do you serve it/slice it and not make it
    look like a pile of rubble?

    Looks like the secret is all in the baking. You have to get the right temp.

    I for one have never seen individual pavs baked at home. It's always been
    the 'family' size and there has never been a problem with it looking like a
    'pile of rubble'.
