Does anyone perhaps have a blank entry form for this French event that I could get a copy of? I have faxed the organisers, but without reply. Alternatively, an email address would be great. I have a phone number for the organisers, so if I don't have any success in this request, that will be my next step. I will keep a blank copy/copies for anyone else who reads this post and decides they want to do the event.
