    Hi, my winter W/O is focuse on high L3 ,L4 and L5 .
    L5 W/O need 2'.5 to be stress before you really are working L5 .

    My question is:

    1)
    Went i am working L4 at 95% to105% (300/ 326 watts) if during L4 i randomly spend time 1' and 2' in L5 (106% to 120% ), is the "1' and 2' " actually working L5 or not?

    2)If it takes 2'.5 to stress L5 how long would it take to stress L4?
