  1. Needs some motivation on the trainer this winter....check this stuff out!

Good stuff from a good buddy......

"Der Kaiser" Jan Ullrich says he likes to listen to these dudes while training."

Check it out...WILD stuff but I have tried it while doing L4/5 work on the trainer and it's great....but I would never listen to it otherwise

Rammstein is a German band that was formed in 1994. Their musical style incorporates elements of metal/hard rock, industrial metal, and electronic music. Some critics have also dubbed their sound as Tanz Metal (lit. dance metal) . Their songs are performed almost exclusively in German. They have sold over 12 million records worldwide....

According to my buddy they sing about "serious things", and their lyrics are always worth reading.

The super "guttural" barbarian sounding German language adds a lot to this stuff I think.

    Crank the volume!
