  1. What percent of FTP does L4 correspond to? For that matter, what do all the "L" levels correspond to? I see everyone use the "L" levels liberally, but I never see anyone define them.

    Huh. That's the system I use for my power workouts. I didn't realize that those zones were often called L something. I though they just had their names like Tempo.

    Well now you know!🙂 L is short for Level.
