    What do you expect from the today show? But I am sure he's used to dorky interviewers by now. They

    The Today Show normally wins the toss when I'm forced to choose between watching a little here and
    there or poking myself in the eye with a sharp stick. Maybe if I made a concerted effort to find my
    biking shorts and be out the door before my wife turns on the TV I'd be spared the choice - I better
    work on that. Al
