  1. Krystal Burgers

    1/2 lb. of hamburger meat
    onion soup mix
    1/2 cup of dried onions
    boiling water
    hot dog buns

Meat - I only used a half lb. of hamburger meat. This will make about 6-8
mini burgers. Take about two or three tablespoons of meat, sprinkle just a
dash or two of onion soup mix onto it and then form your mini patty.
Rehydrate about a 1/2 cup of dried onions in boiling water - this only
takes a minute in the microwave, drain off water. Place pan on medium high
heat. Sprinkle a tsp. of rehydrated onions onto the pan. Place mini patty
on top of the onions. Sprinkle some more rehydrated onions on top of
    patty. Flip patty until browned.

Buns - fresh is best! I used hot-dog buns cut into halves. When the patty
has browned, place the bun on top of the patty while it's still in the
pan. Just leave the bun there long enough to steam it through. Plate your
patty along with the one bun, then steam the top part of your bun in the
pan - this only takes a few seconds.

Toppings - I topped mine with cheese, a dill pickle slice and mustard.

*These are best when piping hot. Please note that these will not taste
exactly like a Krystal burger, but they're relatively close. Also note,
this is not for the health conscious! Part of what makes a Krystal, a
Krystal, is the bun soaking up some of the hamburger grease as it is
    steamed!

    Enjoy!
