Kryptonites websites been down for a while now. Trying to find out the
procedure or phone number for returning an old U lock for replacement.

Finally found a phone number and the lock exchange program is over as
of sept 30. Person also said they only covered locks made from 1998 to
2004. Mine is older. No need to buy this cos
locks anymore. -

locks anymore.I personally exchanged 3 locks with Kryptonite: a pre-1998 EvoLite, a
2003 Evo2000 Mini, and a pre-1998 New York Lock. I registered to
change the EvoLite and EvoMini last November and exchanged the actual
locks in February. (I would have done the NYL at the same time, but
couldn't find the keys). The NYL was exchanged this month: registered
for the exchange online on Sept 27, received the UPS label on Oct 3, received
locks last week.Does anyone know if it's possible to have the locks re-keyed to use
the same keys?-alan

This is on Kryptonites website...so if you have one of their locks and
have not replaced it yet, your screwed.Kryptonite is no longer taking new registrations for the voluntary
lock exchange program. For information about the Kryptonite U-Lock
