Presta adapter will work. Many bicycle pumps come with the Presta
adapter, or you can buy a separate one. If you would like to confirm
what you have with a picture look:

and click the "Tubes" link which will scroll you down to the
Woods/Dunlap picture... amongst others.

Some of these valves are convertible back to Schrader if you really want
to.... or you can just switch out the tubes for Schrader valve
versions... if you don't like/want to deal with the Presta adapter.

My Presta adpater is a Silca Presta pump head that I secure in the
Schrader "chuck" of my old Zephal HP pump.
