I finally found a source for replacement bearings. A friend who is
bearing-wise got a magnifying glass out and read the numbers off of the
ruined bearings, called Bearing Distributors, and found replacement
bearings quick.
The bearing numbers are 606ZZ and HK1210. Each bearing costs less than
$3. I bought mine from the Charlotte, NC office by calling 800 532
0494.
