  1. Folks I need your help.

I get creaking in my knees when I do squat or lunge training without
    pain

I also have a pain in the upper outside side of my calf muscle only in
my right leg while cycling which feels like a tense muscle.

Anyone had these and what do you recommend.

    Regards,
    FaHeL..

I had this in my right leg, which like to point outwards (the foot) a bit
more than my left. I bought some Speedplay Frog's with the right spindle
1/4" longer than normal and the pain is gone. Before buying, I verified
that this alleviates the pain by riding a temporary setup with pedal washers
and an old crank with a wider "Q".

Time pedals have Q adjustments, too.
