  1. Hi everybody:

Well, I've been successfully making pasta with my KitchenAid roller set for
a good six months or so and I've got things pretty squared away. Now I'm
thinking of trying rice noodles. Anyone have any secret suggestions that I
    should know about?

My current plan is to try to make as authentic ph? gà as I can at home. It
ought to be an interesting weekend project with winter coming on and all.

    Hasta,
    Curt Nelson

I find it a bit sticky compared to wheat dough. Worth a try. Use extra
flour on the board as you thin it? Cut with capellini cutter?
