    I remember reading a while ago (and have searched archives,
    Googled etc, but didn't hit just the right combination of
    keywords to get an answer)... there was a place that
    effectively rented kids road bikes out (actually sold a
    second hand / reconditioned bike, on the promise that you
    sold it back when it was outgrown).

    Does any kind soul have details?
