Someone emailed me about advice on a Kett Weisel but I cannot find the emails, just wanted to recap about Schlumpf drives, as standard the lowest gear inch ratio on the Kett Wiesel is about 31" and the highest about 91", if you use a shlumpf drive and want to retain the high end or improve it then go for the High Speed Drive, this will give a gear range of 16" to 122", the low 16" gear should get you up any hill, this is assuming the Sram 11-34 rear cassette is fitted as standard. Sclumpf drives are pricey but wonderful beasts, power transfer efficiency is about 93% as opposed to 95% for a good BB, the efficiency is as good if not better than the standard Kett Wiesel BB.
