I'm probably doing my first strongman competition in July and have
started doing keg lifts once a week, very fun. Does anyone here
supplement their training with keg lifts? If so, have you figured out
any good ways to easily add and remove water that can be adopted by
someone with no metal-working tools?

there are about 5 people who've registered and they don't make it
there very regularly.Anywho, beer companies must make a tool for this. There are plenty of
half full kegs that are returned that would need to be dumped and
flushed out in a very expedient fashion I would think. -

the expensive side.http://www.micromatic.com/product.php?pid=7485-CC

Hmm, thanks for the link. Conisdering I can get slightly abused kegs
for next to nothing (it's great living in a college town), I think I'm
better off just getting multiple kegs filled to varying degrees.See you soon in Palm Springs. (Email me if you want to talk about that
- I don't check in here very often anymore.)
