  1. I just wanted to let everyone know about a new website
offering the web's most complete and thorough information on
the Katy Trail. www.BikeKatyTrail.com offers lots of maps,
info on businesses and services along the trail, ride
reports, a trip planner, event listings, and more.

As you might know, the Katy Trail is America's longest rails-to-
trails project, stretching 225 miles (365 km) across the
state of Missouri. Two-thirds of the trail follows Lewis &
Clark's path up the Missouri River, where you can ride along
the banks of the river under scenic bluffs, and pass through
historic river towns. The western third takes you through
peaceful farmland and wooded areas, and more small-town
    Americana.

I welcome any comments, critiques, or suggestions you
may have about www.BikeKatyTrail.com. Come explore the
    Katy Trail!
