Have a friend selling a K2 Funky Monkey and a Flyin' Monkey also but I know
little about them. The weight seemed fair, at 4 pounds, although I had a
problem figuring out if it'd fit me due to the sloping top tube. It said 14",
which seemed way too small for a 5'10", 31" inseam, but I'm new to these type
of frames so I'm not sure.
Also, are they decent solid frames for trail and urban riding?

You should be on a 17- or 18-inch bike.

Depends on how sloped the t/tube is, and how they measure the bike in
question.
