A silly notion.I was jogging up a hill one afternoon for the second time in
about ten minutes when I realized I was not winded and that
I was in better shape than I had ever been in.While getting there I never got sore, I never got winded
and rarely even got a little breathless. I got there my
doing a little more every day and not even thinking about
getting in shape.Most can't spend three hours or more a day in the warm
waters of Baja having a lot of fun but you can do better by
doing a little less over a longer period.Now I'm stuck with walking instead of swimming but I rarely
get sore. (It only happens when my asthma is in a mild
recession and I can actually get out of breath from the

Some people in here with obviously WAY TOO much time on
their hands calculate formulas on how many calories are
burned per walking 20 flights of steps, yada yada yada,
