    Marc - it will not alter the fact that the Scout Association have the rule.
    It is they that need convincing - or possibly their insurers. Most people on
    there are not disagreeing with you but do not have any say in the matter if
    you want to be insured.

    To get the rule changed it needs people willing to challenge it.If there
    are people that still believe the "common sense" argument, they need to
    be educated, until the SA council are the ones in a minority.
