I have seen afew are they worth it though?I have 4x4's they are fine but
i was just wondering as afew people wear them in universe 2.

I have 4x4s but I use '661 Veggie shin pads' (http://tinyurl.com/2uj4s)
most of the time, which are excellent, especially for freestyle! Very
comfy to wear too! You can still feel huge whacks, but pins don't get
through and you don't get cut so it's all good! The fabric protects the
back from scratches except where the holes are. I defintely recommend
them!
