    Hey everyone,

    I just got my new bike :
    [IMG]svtchris.no-ip.comnewbike.jpg[/IMG]

    Got it for only $250 at Gaylans!!!

    Anyway, I raced alot about 10 years ago, trying to get started again.

    Does anyone have a good schedule they could suggest for training. I ran a 1/2 marathon Sunday and did pretty well, 10min miles all 13 miles of it. I am doing a Duathlon Feb1st and would like to be ready. I have never done a duathlon before. The Duathlon I plan on doing is called an F1 you run 2, bike 10, run 2, bike 10, run 2.

    Any suggestions or tips would be great.
