TNT the cargo moving company did this:

They also claim that they delivered a perfect box, ha ha. I have been refunded by the company that I bought the frame off but TNT refuses to pay money for the damage, but now I have a complete bike, ordered from other places, and no frame. Blx

Oh yeah, never ever never use TNT, use UPS or something, only heard bad things about them, and now experienced it myself.
