Hi
We all hear tales of how our current methods of food preparation are
unhealthy because of the way things are refined etc.
When I'm juicing something I am really purifying it to an extent - the rinds
and skins are discarded and I get a purified
product as a result.
This casts a doubt in my eyes on whether juicing is as 'healthy' as just
eating the raw foods, rinds skins and all.

AnthIn many cases, the good stuff is in the skins and the fibers. By only taking
the juice, you're effectively throwing away a lot of those goodies, like
much of the vitamins.--
