Is there any different between Joe Friel's The Mountain Biker's Training Bible and Joe Friel's The Cyclist's Training Bible. I am thinking of giving bike racing a go. At the moment I am leaning towards MTB racing, but might give road racing a go too. So am undecided which book would be best.
