Out of curiosity... Jens Voigt had a small tool bag under his saddle on
Saturday's Plateau de Beille stage. Anybody know why? First time I've ever
noticed this on a TDF bike.

I was wondering that too! Apparently it is a wireless transmitter,
transmitting power readings from the SRM cranks to German TV!
