Jell-O Gelatin Pops
1 cup boiling water 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand
Gelatin, any flavor
1/3 cup sugar 1-1/3 cups cold water 6 (5-oz.) paper or
plastic cups 6 wooden pop sticks
Stir boiling water into gelatin and sugar in medium bowl at
least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold
water. Pour into paper cups. Freeze about 2 hours or until
almost firm. Insert pop stick into each cup for handle.
Freeze for 3 more hours or overnight until firm. To remove
pops from cups, place bottoms of cups under warm running
water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottoms of cups to
release pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.) Store
leftover pops in freezer.
Double Fruit-Flavor Frozen Pops
2 cups boiling water 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand
Gelatin, any flavor 1 envelope Kool-Aid Unsweetened Soft
Drink Mix, any flavor 1 cup sugar 2 cups cold water 12 (5-
oz.) paper or plastic cups 12 wooden pop sticks
Stir boiling water into gelatin, soft drink mix and sugar in
medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add cold water. Pour into paper cups. Freeze about 2 hours
until almost firm. Insert pop stick into each cup for
handle. Freeze for 3 more hours or overnight.

for the 4th of July!
2 cups boiling water, divided 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O
Brand Gelatin, any red flavor 1 cup sugar, divided 2 cups
cold water, divided Ice cubes 16 (5-oz.) paper or plastic
cups 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand Berry Blue Flavor
Gelatin 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed 16
wooden pop sticks
Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into red gelatin and
2/2 cup of the sugar in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Mix 1 cup of the cold water and ice
to make 2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until ice is
melted. Pour about 1/4 cup gelatin into each paper cup.
Freeze 1 hour. Meanwhile, stir remaining 1 cup boiling
water into blue gelatin and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in
medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Mix remaining 1 cup cold water and ice to make 2 cups. Add
to gelatin, stirring until ice is melted. Refrigerate 1
hour. Place about 3 Tbsp. whipped topping over red gelatin
in each cup. Carefully pour about 1/4 cup blue gelatin
over whipped topping. Freeze about 1 hour or until almost
firm. Insert pop stick into each cup for handle. Freeze
for 4 more hours or overnight until firm. Place bottom of
cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly
on bottom of cup to release pop. Store leftover pops in
freezer. Makes 16 pops.
