For Jeff the kids' doc: Jeff, if you have young infant come in with the
intolerance to cow's milk, is there any cow's milk substitute product made
by a pharm drug company available fom the local drug store?

One son of ours was allergic to milk in infancy and was put on soy milk
(usually an acceptable substitute commonly available in supermarkets today)
which he also did not tolerate well. The doctor suggested Lambase, which is
pureed lamb. He thrived that, although making it the "milk" for his cereals
was gross-looking. -
