I'm looking for a new road bike, to be used mostly for
commuting and riding on paved trails. My LBS has me pretty
set on a Jamis Aurora; does any have any opinions about this
bike before I commit to buying it?

I own one and I love it. I will not duplicate here what I
have already said; just google "Jamis Aurora" and my name in
google groups and read my Aurora posts.Warm weather means long miles.
