Will this qualify? In Cardiff there are very, very steep steps that
lead up from the road alongside the river Taff to 'The Highfields' -
the name says it all. At the bottom there is a NO CYCLING sign!

There's one such in Sheepscar in Leeds. It's as long as the width of a
central reservation. If you know the place it's on the way from the
university going towards Chapel Allerton & Roundhay. To be fair it's
clearly a continuation of a path either side of the junction but it
looks more like a cyclists' refuge.
