    I was under the impression that the hubs alone cost almost $400.00. Is there something I am missing?
    I'm looking for something to replace some average MTB wheels with low quality hubs and I came across
    these. performancebike.comcboProfile.cfm

    Decent deal, not great. ColoCyclist has them for the same price (or did in the Spring catalogue). Those hubs are more like $350 plain old retail so $460 for build ups is just OK. You could get the same rims on last year's XTR hubs for $200 less than that.
