Is it possible to switch rails on a saddle?

I'm talking about San Marco seats. I've got a worn out seat with Ti rails and a perfect seat with CroMo rails; I wanna swap the rails so I have a perfect seat with Ti rails. Is this possible? or are the rails glued in, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike
