  1. hello all: I would like to know if hill climbing is too bad for the legs and muscles and if it's too exhausting? I own a stationary magnetic bike and it has an option of training simulating a hill, mountain-road.

Nope, hills and gravity are a part of life.

Climbing hills is more likely to be good for the legs, muscles and heart.

  3. Hey friend: thanx a lot, yeah u are right i guess. I have noticed that the heavier the level and load on bicycling, the more calories you burn and the faster your metabolic rate will be.

This is why running burns a lot more calories than just walking. The same is for bikeriding, the heavier bikeriding the more calories you burn than moderate light bikeriding
