I believe AB is in the same situation that Boeing found itself in 1969 with the offering of the '47. The 380 will either make or break them. The 340 is an under powered long haul specialist, that is quickly being gobbled up by the B772 ER. The 19's and 20's are almost "disposable" aircraft, due to their relatively short lifespans.
