Ireland Walking

I`m not keen on that idea, bikes are much easier to steel than cars. just
pick them up and in the back of a pickup is much easier than towing a car.

Well hillbashing in Ireland, especially the west is your first
security step.. Much safer than say North Wales..(Watch the Wicklows
though , very quiet, but a Big City on their northern slopes)

Many ascents start at farms - you often ask permission to park a car
(parkable verges are a luxury in some parts) - same for the bike and
it will be safe...

Have fun there are some good hills there!
