    I've spoken to Derek the wheelbuilder and have chosen my hubs, spokes and rims but just want some views from those that might be running IRD Cadence Aero 30mm.

    Are they suited to training and the odd triathlon?

    Or are the IRD Cadence Road the ones to get?

    Hopefully he has chosen spoke gauge and number well for YOU. These are light rims. 30mm.

    Indeed we did talk about spoke weight and gauge and the rim weight. Thankfully the roads by me are in good order and I'm a mere 140lbs so the wheels will be nice and light like me 😄
