<http://www.eminent.demon.co.uk/rides> has a new page all about the south west of Ipswich. (Cycling to pubs). I have done my best to find a decent route out and this goes via Maidenhall and Bourne park through to Belstead. I suspect that local knowledge could improve it a bit.
