    Hello,

    I have just received my new Polar 720i and I have been unable to make the connection with the PC
    work using the infrared interface I already had (Tekram IR-410w). It is my opinion that any infrared
    interface should work but I cannot figure out what can be wrong.

    Has anyone of you have experience with Polar pulsometers and non-polar infrared interfaces?

    Any suggestion welcome.
