Too funny. Yes its the pic from the Galibier on his "I finally got my blood transfusion a day late so I lost ten minutes on Courchevel yesterday but now I will punish everyone on the ride to Briancon" stage...I was there that day and caught him earlier on the Madeleine flying with the two other bigtime dopers from Phonak Botero and ...hmmm was it Perez or Pereiro..it was Pereiro I think...

1. Yes it is clearly a syringe.

2. It is Kessler or his chimeric disappearing twin cheering him on.

3. And yes, it is EPO Lance on his chest, a favorite inscription as I recall from being there on the road and on the shests of fans from certain countries, notably in this case Germany with multiple German flags andinsignia surrounding Herr Kessler.

This is my firstpost to this forum. I've enjoyed viewing this forum about every day for the past 2-3 years. I've always enjoyed watching cycling and enjoyed the true dominant performaces in cycling since I saw Greg Lemond on the Tour on CBS ages ago. The reason for my 1st post is that this post made me laugh out loud and brought tears to my eyes because I was laughing so hard. The sarcasm is hilarious for any true cycling fan following this doping [censored] since 1998. But then I thought now I'm being MORE entertained by rumors, inuendos and guilt by association- than cycling itself-granted there is plenty of PROOF and the riders deserve what they get-but wouldn't it be nice to go back to watching dominate performances like the Greg Lemond era without all of the "he had to dope because he won". In fact, in todays day in age can any winner of a Grand Tour (or any Pro race) win without doping allegations? Will this sport ever be free of all this? I surely hope so-but I don't know. Another few years of this and there will be no more sponsers, no more races and no more money and the riders will have no one to blame but themselves.
