    I used to do that with my in-laws (now ex and/or deceased). Last time I participated we put 700lbs
    in 7 hours. The trick is to get a buncha people to tie off the sausages and have access to a
    butcher shop. With a grinder the size of a refrigeratorr and 100lb hydraulic sausage stuffer, it's
    childs play.

    Sadly, that's a time past. But, I'm going to try and do 25lbs myself in Jan.
