Insulated Ice Tray

Drop a line to the manufacturer - this is not correct there is something amiss
with one of the settings. What make, model, year etc.

I forgot to mention that it is probably 20 years old. My guess is that
manufacture will not do anything. At least I got my moneys worth on
the appliance.

Reduce ice cube making capacity and use up what ice is made faster. If
the ice sits around long enough to stick together it is probably stale
ice anyways.
