Many of the problems you maybe facing could be just the tip of the
iceberg on what is really happening in your life. I don't mean to
scare you, but many problems, when they either first show up or they
keep reoccurring could be just what's showing from a larger problem
that you cannot even see. One of the only things you can do to help is
to talk honestly and openly with yourself. If things become more
serious, more serious options need to be looked at as possibilities. I
have a blog that has more information on some of what I've been
writing
about.
If you feel like checking it out, I would completely suggest it.

Insomnia - you know all about it already, don't you? The nights spent
looking at the ceiling, desperately awake, worrying about not being
able to perform the next day...
Some days you may not feel you can quiet you chatting mind.
If you consistently take a very long time before falling asleep... If
on top of that you wake up after just a couple hours... Your overall
sleep time is most probably severely curtailed. Which means you don't
spend enough time in what we call "deep sleep" - the most important
part of the night where your body and your mind regenerate and
rejuvenate themselves. If you wondered why you feel so lousy, this is
one of the reasons.
