insole of shoe...

Go back to the store and get a replacement. Some numbnutz like Freese think switching insoles is a
good idea, I do not, you alter the shoe by doing so. These are great shoes, don't take a chance on
compromising them.

Any cheap full length insole will work. Spenco makes a good one but I'm sure you could get something
similar at Wally World at a better price. Just remember the thicker insole you get the more space it
will take up in your shoe (i.e. your shoes will feel tighter).

I went to my local running room (cdn running store) and the sales lady said any full length
insole would do.

So I just bought some for $8.00 taxes in, rather than buying the $16.00 + tax for a spenco at
running room 🙂
