Anyone know if this would have negative effect on LC diet? I read somewhere
that you should not take beano because it will digest as carbs or
something...

If you are eating a lowcarb diet I doubt very seriously if there would
be a problem using Beano or Innermint. Unless you happened to be
allergic to them.
Beano FAQs
http://www.beanogas.com/faqs.asp
"one Beano tablet, or five drops of Beano liquid per ½ cup serving of
gassy food" ... "it has been estimated that the use of Beano will
produce an additional two to six grams of carbohydrates for every 100
grams of food treated by Beano."

One tablet of Beano might be ok, but I was using a digestive enzyme combo
with 4 times the same enzyme to help with gas at every meal. I gained 3
pounds in a month without changing my diet at all (still working at getting
it off again). I was suddenly digesting a lot more of the so-called
indigestible fibre in the foods I was eating.
My point is to be very careful how much of the enzyme you take. Once in a
while might be ok, but don't be like me and take it with every meal, and
especially in high doses.
