    You're looking at the wrong figure. The 55.5 refers to the 55.5/58.5 in the fourth column and
    fourth row. Corresponds to conventional frames from 59 to 63.

    4th column 4th row is the Extra Large compact road frame.

    55.5-58.5 is the 4th column 3rd row "Large" compact road frame is it not?? Conventional frame
    size 59-63.
